  • Performance & Analytics: We use tools like Google Analytics and internal heatmaps to understand how users move through the App. This helps us identify if a specific station in the network is having connectivity issues or if a UI element is confusing for users.

  • Security & Fraud Prevention: To protect your Macksons account from unauthorized access and to monitor for fraudulent payment activities in compliance with Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) security standards.

In addition to our own cookies, we may also use various third-party cookies to report usage statistics of the service:

  • Maps (e.g., Google Maps SDK): To provide real-time navigation to Mackvolt stations.

  • Payment Gateways (e.g., PayHere/Genie): To securely process LKR transactions without storing sensitive card data on our own servers.
